NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-000202 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which SRMOF II 2012-1 Trust, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Indra Rambaran, Richard Rambaran ,Timber Pond Unit #3 Homeowner's Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
