NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002845 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-2 is Plaintiff and JESSE GREEN, JR, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSE P GREEN JR N/K/A EMIRIAM GREEN, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, TRACY EASMON, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, JESSE P. GREEN III, ASHLEY L. BAKER, CRAFTMATIC ORGANIZATION, INC., EMIRIAM GREEN F/K/A EMIRIAM BOSQUE A/K/A EMIRIAM WISE, COURTNEE GREEN, DONTELL GREEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMIRIAM GREEN F/K/A EMIRIAM BOSQUE A/K/A EMIRIAM WISE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSE P. GREEN III, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COURTNEE GREEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONTELL GREEN,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Jesse P. Green, Jr. a/k/a Jesse Paul Green, Jr. aka Jesse Green, Jr, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 79, Block 50, TOWN `N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 20, as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
