AIKEN; GALLERIA HOMES ASSOCIATION INC.; TAMPA POSTAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-IRS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
