Final Judgment was awarded on April 1, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-013877, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AF1, is the Plaintiff, and, BRENT P. HENNESSEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENT P. HENNESSEY; CITIBANK NA; ASBURY PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
