NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about March 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-016369 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P., is the Plaintiff and KENNETH J TERZINI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH J. TERZINI; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PARTY, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
