NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 15th day of May, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
The North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the South 156 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 6, REVISED MAP OF BLOCKS 1, 2,3,4,5 AND 6 OF THE TOWN OF DUNEDIN, FLORIDA, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 50 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being in Government Lot 2 of Fractional Section 27, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
