NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-010241 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION as successor in interest by merger to Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union and Kimberly J. Brewer, Brian D. Brewer, Noreen Cunningham, GEICO Casualty and The Fountains at Countryside Condominium Assoc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M on MAY 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Unit No. G-201, of THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14128, at Page 301, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2500 Winding Creek Blvd., #G201, Clearwater, FL 33761
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
