NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-005560 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ILONA L WELLS; ROBERT DEVOLDRE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES HOMEOWNERS' ASSN., INC.; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), NA; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/29/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
