NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DREWSELLA BERARDINELLI A/K/A DREWSELLA L. BERARDINELLI, DECEASED; JOHN P. BERARDINELLI, JR. A/K/A JOHN P. BERARDINELLI A/K/A JOHN PETER BERARDINELLI, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DREWSELLA BERARDINELLI A/K/A DREWSELLA L. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT H-20 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 6, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2373, PAGE 45 AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 40 AND 41, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
