Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 7, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 7, BLOCK 17, SIRMONS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 30 AND 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINEALLS COUNTY,FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3778 24TH AVE NORTH, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33713; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
