NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-011098-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County's Public Auction website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, CLEARWOOD SUBDIVISION, 6TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
