Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 8510 B together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of Jamestown, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 4847, Pages 1 through 63, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 115 through 123, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 29, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
