Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 15, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK H, YELLOW BANKS GROVE FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12322 145TH LANE N,, LARGO, FL 33774; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 29, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
