NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-014457-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and ALICE M SNEAD; ESSIE L SNEAD; SAM SNEAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAM SNEAD N/K/A SANDRA SNEAD; TIQUILA L SNEAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIQUILA L. SNEAD; MARCUS WILSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCUS WILSON; KOYA S SNEAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KOYA S. SNEAD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LEWIS BRISBOIS BISGAARD & SMITH, LLP, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
