THE NORTHERLY PORTION OF LOTS 377 AND 378, OF BRIGHTBAY UNIT THREE OF SNELL ISLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 377; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 119 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 378; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 24 SECONDS EAST 70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 124.45 FEET; THENCE NORTH 03 DEGREES 12 MINUTES 02 SECONDS EAST 70.22 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHÉ, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
