YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed to foreclose a mortgage on the described real property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 8, “A” Southwest Wing, Building B-25, and an undivided 1/72 interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with the subject to the Covenants, Terms and other provisions of On Top Of The World Unit Nineteen, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3680, Page 542, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 74, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Caridad M. Garrido, Esq., attorney for REGIONS BANK, an Alabama Banking Corp., successor by merger to AMSOUTH BANK, whose address is 2800 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Suite 190 Coral Gables, FL 33134 on or before 6/2/2014, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
