NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-007126XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and Michael J. Bales, Elaine K. Bales, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Thomas A. Bales, Unknown Spouse of Michael J. Bales, Unknown Spouse of Thomas A. Bales, Unknown Spouse of Thomas A. Bales, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, INDIAN ROCKS HEIGHTS UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
