Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 11, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 09-000975-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, DBA NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and SHERRY LEE COOK, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE EAST HALF OF A TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE WEST 2/5 OF LOT 4 LESS THE WEST 145 FT. AND LESS THE EAST 10 FT. THEREOF; IN THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK K, ON PAGE 473, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART OF BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS AND ALSO DESCRIBED AS; THE EAST 54 1/2 FEET OF THE WEST 254 FT. OF LOT 4 IN THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST; ACCORDING TO MAP OF THE PLAT OF DUNEDIN AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK K, PAGE 473 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
