NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12006065CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13, Plaintiff and SCOTT DAVIS AKA SCOTT C DAVIS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on May 29th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK D, PAGE`S REPLAT OF MITCHELL`S BEACH, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
