NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 27th day of May, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
BEGINNING 360.0 FEET NORTH AND 337.84 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4; RUN EAST 108.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 296.0 FEET; THENCE WEST, 108.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 296.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST.
TOGETHER WITH INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4556, PAGE 695, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above. Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
