NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 11, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-008964-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and OLEG A. KOLTUNOV, JOHN W. SHERWILL, TRUSTEE OF JOHN W. SHERWILL TRUST UTD 03/20/03, GRACE SHERWILL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, THE UNKNOWN SETTLERS/BENEFICIARIES THE 6249 52ND AVENUE LAND TRUST, THE TRUSTEE COMPANY AS TRUSTEE, OF THE 6249 52ND AVENUE LAND TRUST, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 2, of Oak Grove Manor First Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 76, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
