NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-009358 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and DAVID FINEHOUT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID FINEHOUT, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 30 feet of Lot 8 and Lot 9, less the South 27.5 feet thereof, in Block A, of ROBERT FORBES PARK, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, at Page 85, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
