NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-009948 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DAVID JOHN, JACQUELENE JOHN A/K/A JACQUELINE JOHN, HARBORSIDE CONSTRUCTION INC., SUNTRUST BANK, TOWN OF BELLEAIR, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BELLEAIR GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
