YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose upon a notice and claim of lien on the following property has been filed in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 17, Block 1 of VENETIAN HARBOR according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 128, Page 70-72 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A lawsuit has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NICOLETTE A. KRAMER, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is THE ASSOCIATION LAW FIRM, PLLC, 135 W. Central Blvd., Suite 1150, Orlando, Florida 32801, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Lien Foreclosure Complaint.
