YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, NINE FIFTY BROADWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
The Condominium Parcel known as Condominium Unit 301 of Nine Fifty Broadway, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 14934, at Pages 1332 through 1417 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and any and all amendments thereto, and according to the Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 141, Pages 12 through 18 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, ,together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto..
With the following street address: 950 Broadway, #301, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 02 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
