NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 522011CA003933XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Ted R. Banks Jr.; Susan D. Banks; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, LEWIS & BURKHARD'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
