NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000923-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Keith Miller; Unknown Spouse of Keith Miller; Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to Countrywide Bank, FSB f/k/a Countrywide Bank, N.A.; The Coach Homes at Dover Village Condominium Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 20th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2203, BUILDING 22, THE COACH HOMES AT DOVER VILLAGE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4235, PAGE 2163, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
