NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate the February 20, 2014 Foreclosure Sale and Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date dated April 29, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 48-2008-CA-009630-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein bank of america, n.a., successor by merger to bac home loans servicing, lp fka countrywide home loans servicing, lp is Plaintiff and pedro cruz and lavern cruz, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
