NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, that Eddie Fernandez, Orange County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Orange County,
Florida, described as:
Lot 46, WINTER RUN, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 112, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
