BREAULT A/K/A JAMES PATRICK BREAULT; HEATHER A BREAULT; WINDSOR WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/02/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
