WICHNER N/K/A REFUSED NAME N/K/A JANE DOE; CENTRAL PARK A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A FAYE LEE N/K/A JUAN ALBERTA are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 08/19/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
