NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015125-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-25 is the Plaintiff and Dzianis Kaliadchyk; Yury Kuzhalevich; Metrowest Master Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender; Stonebridge Commons Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Yury Kuzhalevich; Ventura at Stonebridge Commons Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 22nd day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 308, BUILDING 2, PHASE 2, VENTURA AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8012, PAGE 1307, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
