NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021289-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and WIMBLEDON PARK - ORLANDO NO. I, INC.; WIMBLEDON PARK RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRANDON C. DONOHER; DUSTIN DONOHER; CARI DONOHER-GASPERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 29th day of May, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUNBER 3274-14, OF WIMBLEDON PARK NO. I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 3118, PAGE 1714, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY ANENDMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
