COX A/K/A TIMOTHY COX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY L. COX A/K/A TIMOTHY COX; REGIONS BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LAURA J. PAGE; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT; PHEASANT RUN AT ROSEMONT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ELMHURST CORPORATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
