Final Judgment was awarded on April 25, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2013-CA-006647-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, is the Plaintiff, and, ARLENE ROSE MERIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARLENE ROSE MERIDA ; DANIELS LANDING ASSOCIATION, INC.; TARGET NATIONAL BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CONNIE SHAW; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on May 29, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
