Final Judgment was awarded on April 24, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-022100-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JOE D. TESTON; SUZANNE SEABURG TESTON A/K/A SUZANNE SEABURG; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; LAKE CONWAY ESTATES RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on May 29, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
