NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 112009CA0040730001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Chase Home Finance, LLC is the Plaintiff and Mayrelis Garcia; Chase Bank USA, N.A.; Unknown Spouse of Mayrelis Garcia; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00am on the 29 day of May, 2014, at the Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 3rd Floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 42, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 22, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 83 AND 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
