NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 27, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004235 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO LOPEZ; MINDY LEIGH LOPEZ A/K/A MINDI LEIGH LOPEZ; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 29 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 84, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
