NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 27 day of May,2014, at 11:00 AM At Collier County Courthouse, in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
COMMENCING AT THE SW CORNER OF THE N 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN NORTH, 0°33'30” WEST 794.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ON SAID LINE 201.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°58'30” EAST 131.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0°33'30” EAST 201.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°58'30” WEST 131.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
