NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-1962 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH MITCHUSSON A/K/A DEBORAH A. MITCHUSSON; FIFTH THIRD BANK (SOUTH FLORIDA); AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, 34112, at 11:00 AM, on June 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGES 9 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
