NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated April 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-1340 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. VICTOR SHER & CHANNEL NOEL (hereafter “Plaintiffs”), are Plaintiffs and GEORGE ALCEE; VICTOR SHER; MARY FRANCIS FAUSTIN F/K/A TENANT #1, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27 day of May, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 47, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THROUGH 77 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
