NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA004723AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding, Trust 2007-AR2, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR3, is the Plaintiff and Carlos Diaz, Carptentras at the Villages of Avignon Homeowners Association, Inc. f/k/a Oak View Homeowners Association, Inc., Cinthia Diaz, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Impac Funding Corporation d/b/a Impac Lending Group, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
