NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013CA000283 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Ryan M. Cooper; Unknown Spouse of Ryan M. Cooper; The Housing Finance Authority of Manatee County, Florida; Arbor Creek Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 118, ARBOR CREEK, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 184, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
