Bullock a/k/a Kathy Bullock are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NE CORNER OF SW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN SOUTH 323 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 OF NE 1/4; THENCE RUN N 89Ëš 41' W A DISTANCE OF 20 FEET TO POINT ON WEST LINE OF 24TH STREET EAST FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N 89Ëš 41' W A DISTANCE OF 130.00 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH PARALLEL TO EAST LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, A DISTANCE OF 80.00 FEET; THENCE RUN S 89Ëš 41' E A DISTANCE OF 130.00 FEET TO POINT ON SAID WEST LINE OF 24TH STREET EAST; THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG THE SAID WEST LINE OF 24TH STREET EAST A DISTANCE OF 80.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
