Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and George B. Rucker, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 29th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
