Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 22, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT A-101, LANDMARK AT POINTE WEST, I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1133, PAGES 3424 THROUGH 3527 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGES 94 THROUGH 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION
and commonly known as: 6304 POINTE WEST BLVD UNIT 101, BRADENTON, FL 34209; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on May 27, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
