NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about April 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001755 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-CH1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-CH1, is the Plaintiff and James A. D'Ambrosio a/k/a James D'Ambrosio a/k/a James A. D Ambrosio, Stacy S. D'Ambrosio, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
