NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 21, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-008783-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and PATRICK J. SAMION A/K/A PATRICK JOSEPH SAMION; SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 06/03/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
COMMENCE 160.5 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE WEST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 120.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 100 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 5; THENCE SOUTH 120.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
