NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006695 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Glenda Neiderquill, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Impac Funding Corporation dba Impac Lending Group, Tenant # 1 a/k/a Tifanee Capotorto, Tenant # 2 a/k/a Michael Boccio, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
