NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008257 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and CLAYTON LONG; CORI LONG; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 559, 18TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 6, 6A TO 6V, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
